Positioned across a steep, sloping site with expansive ocean views, Grace is designed as a home to return to... calm, peaceful and embodies indoor outdoor living.
The brief and the vision
Responding to the natural fall of the site, the home is anchored by its primary living zones on the lower level... allowing daily life to unfold directly alongside the coastline. Living and dining areas extend outward through full height openings to an expansive alfresco, where the pool edge, horizon and surroundings become part of the experience. This level is designed for connection, yet maintains a sense of privacy through controlled orientation and spatial understanding. The pool has been built as part of the retaining, innovatevly blending functionality & aesthetics.
Balancing everyday functionality with the ability to entertain effortlessly, the home moves between openness and privacy with intention. Light filled interiors, cross breezes and carefully framed outlooks shape a space that feels both elevated and easy to live in.

At the centre of the home, the kitchen becomes a true hub. Positioned to connect effortlessly to both indoor dining and the outdoor pergola, it supports daily life while also extending naturally into entertaining moments. The adjacent courtyard and pizza oven space create a more intimate outdoor zone... offering flexibility across seasons and occasions.
A curved staircase introduces a softer transition as the home shifts upward into retreat. The upper level is intentionally quieter, with three bedrooms and a secondary living space arranged to capture elevated ocean views while maintaining separation from the activity below. Skylights draw natural light deep into these spaces, reinforcing a calm, ambient quality throughout the day.
The main suite is resolved with both privacy and practicality in mind. A secluded ensuite and walk in robe are paired with a discreet laundry chute, embedding ease into the daily routine without disrupting the overall calm of the space.
